Passwords & Voice Codes

Passwords & Voice codes enable the monitoring centre to establish the identity of the client and ensure the alarm condition on site has been cleared and all is correct. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the voice codes is quoted to representatives when requested otherwise it will prompt further action to an alarm condition unless identification and authenticity is verified via other means.

Passwords & Voice Codes are essential for the following purposes:

•  Request information regarding file information

•  Changes to any file via phone

•  Entering premise outside of regular scheduled hours.

•  Testing of the client's alarm system

•  Halt action to an alarm condition
